Mr. Chandler is considered an Expert by the State of California in the Laws and Regulations of the Private Security Industry and has participated in writing the Private Patrol Operators Qualification exam. David also served 5 years as the Chairman of the Disciplinary Review Committee South, a California Governor appointment as well as serving 3 years Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board to the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. As CALSAGA’s President, Mr. Chandler travels the US giving talks on the status of the Security industry in California, and through his consulting company has worked with some of the largest security companies in the world.
